Before you can reissue your SSL certificate, the certificate must already be active and issued to you.
Should your certificate not yet be issued, or if you are experiencing issues with validation, you are welcome to contact us or the certificate authority directly for assistance.
When contacting the certificate authority, please make sure to have your Vendor Order ID on-hand (available in your client area).
To begin the reissue process, you will need to have your new CSR code available.
If you are not able to generate a CSR, please ask your web hosting provider to do this for you.

Once you have a new CSR, you may proceed with reissuing your SSL certificate:
1. Login to your BuySSL client area.
2. Go to Services > My Services
3. Next to your SSL certificate, click on the "View Details" button.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click on the "Reissue SSL certificate" button.
5. Complete both the enrollment form that follows and the validation process to receive your new SSL certificate.
